Terms of Service

Process

_{⋆Once I accept your commission, I will need visual references for your request (first payment)}_{⋆I will send sketches that are up to change until it's finally approved (second payment)}_{⋆I will keep sending WIPs, color tests and more. I will also stay in in touch with you}_{⋆I have every right to reject your commission if it goes against my TOS or beliefs, if I'm unable to do it or if I'm getting uncomfortable with a customer}_{⋆Please keep in mind that I usually take my time and I can be quite slow, so please be patient}

Payments and refunds

Divided in 50/50 through Mercado Pago_{⋆1st haft: once I accept your commission.}_{⋆2nd half: after your sketch has been approved.}_{⋆Refunds will be given during the sketching phase or if I can't keep doing your commission}

What you get

A .zip file via email with the following:_{⋆HD image in both .PNG and .JPG with no watermarks.}_{⋆Flattened .PSD version}_{⋆Any extra version that might be included}

What you can do

_{⋆You can post and use your commission as an icon, banner, etc. as long as you credit me.}_{⋆If you wish, I can post your drawing with a watermark. Tagging is optional.}_{⋆You cannot use your commission for commercial purposes, unless stated otherwise + usage fee.}_{⋆Misuse of your drawing is strictly forbidden, which includes uncredited posting, copying or tracing, selling, passing throug AI models, and so on. In that case, I will blacklist you and even consider exposing you to prevent further issues.}
